New Hope / Lambertville Wing Dam

The wig dam between Lambertville NJ and New Hope Pa is a great place to fish, relax and kayak. You can access the dam on foot from the hiking, biking trail on the NJ side of the river. For Kayaks the best place to launch is the Lamberville boat ramp just north of the dam.

Caution: This area is very dangerous during high water conditions. Even during low water the area below the dam contains swift water with dangerous rapids. Do not attempt to navigate a boat through this open dam.
