| Bulls Island State Park |
2185 RT 29, Stockton, NJ 609/397-2949 Bulls Island is a State operated campground located at river mile marker 175. This is a great area for fishing the spring shad run. A boat ramp is available to the waters below and above the Bulls Island wing dam.
There are over 50 miles of bicycle trails with a foot bridge crossing the river connecting the PA trails. Fishing is available on both the canal and river with nearby canoe and tube rentals.

The Campground property is in the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area. Dingmans Campground offers a variety of settings, with prime campsites along the banks of the Delaware River and spacious forest sites. Several river canoe trips are offered daily from Milford Beach to Dingmans Campground(8 miles on the river in three to four hours). Also provided is a trip from Matamoras, PA to Dingmans Campground(13 miles on the river in 6 to 8 hours). All trips run throughout the Spring, Summer, and Fall Seasons. Transportation and equipment are provided.

1006 Route 209, Dingmans Ferry, PA 18328 570-828-1551 Dingmans Campground is a unique 128-site rustic tent campground located in the scenic Pocono Mountains in Dingmans Ferry, Pennsylvania. The campground property is in the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area (DWGNRA). The DWGNRA is managed by the National Park Service (NPS). Dingmans Campground offers a variety of camping settings, with prime campsites along the banks of the Delaware River and spacious forest campsites. Currently, no utilities (water / electric / sewer) are available, but will be added in future seasons. Rustic tent camping only for the 2005 season!
The DWGNRA offers endless opportunities for outdoor recreation for the whole family. Within a few minutes drive of the campground, there are numerous waterfall attractions, historical sites and quality hiking trails. Some of the most scenic stretches of the Appalachian Trail (AT) are only a few miles away in New Jersey. Canoeing on the Delaware River is an enjoyable and popular activity. Dingmans Campground operates a private canoe livery service, offering river canoe trips to campground patrons through the Spring, Summer and Fall. Several river canoe trips are offered daily from Milford to Dingmans Campground (8 miles on the river in three to four hours).
